The health, wellness, and safety of our employees, customers, and community is our number one priority. To that end, we closely monitor the evolving situation and follow the guidelines of the CDC, WHO, and other Federal, State and local agencies. CTS serves many of the critical infrastructure sectors deemed by the Federal Government to be essential to national security and public health and safety, namely:

1. The Transportation Systems Sector: CTS supplies construction materials in all 50 US states used in the construction and maintenance of State and Federal Department of Transportation infrastructure.
2. The Defense Industrial Base Sector: CTS supplies vital emergency infrastructure construction and repair materials to the United States Department of Defense (DoD), and does research for the United States Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC).

Presidential Policy Directive 21 (PPD-21) orders these essential sectors to remain operational. We take this order very seriously and are doing everything possible to comply, while functioning in a safe and responsible manner. At this time our plants are in full production, our raw materials supply lines are secure, and we are open for business. We remain ready to supply the needs of our customers in the U.S. and around the world.
