The foundation of the main lobby in this office space was leveled with LevelFlor, then TXP Fast Epoxy Primer and TRU Self-Leveling were used to create the polished concrete overlay.
Aloft Tampa Downtown is a hip, high-end luxury hotel with lustrous polished concrete floors. Acrylic Primer and LevelFlor were used as the underlayment. TXP Fast Epoxy Primer and TRU Self-Leveling were used to create the polished concrete overlay.
Mortar Mix was applied as the concrete topping to the substrate at 1½ inch and then brought down to ½ inch. By doing so, the correct slope was able to be maintained so that over-fueling spills would flow into the drain.

John Deere's McDonough distribution center’s concrete floor had become uneven over time, with large hollow areas (holes) forming where joints met. Since the business of getting needed parts to customers could not be disrupted, repairs had to be done quickly and during limited time frames each day. Product used was Concrete Mix.
The structure’s 9'x7' cells had to be pitched at 25 degrees, from 1.25-inch down to ¼-inch. Aggressive diamond grinding was used to make the surface porous. After grading, Sure-Flex epoxy was used. Mortar Mix Plus, SET Control and FLOW Control were used.
